Need to make a return or exchange? At Scotch & Hound, we do everything we can to ensure you are happy with your purchase. We have also made our return policy as easy as possible. Please read the information below and fill out the form below to begin the process:
- 30 Days: We have a 30-day return policy.
- Original Packaging and Condition: The purchased products must be in new, unused, and re-sellable condition. Please include any original product packaging and tags. A return can be rejected due to damage or wear.
- Include the Original Packing Slip: Please include the original packing slip as part of your return, otherwise, we will be unable to associate the return to you.
- Securely Pack Return Packages: Please make sure your return package is securely packed to protect merchandise from damage during shipping. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return shipping.
- Original Shipping and Processing Fees: Original shipping and processing fees are nonrefundable and will not be included in your refund.
- Gift Returns: We offer store credit for gift returns. Send a message to email@example.com and include any information you have (order number, item, name of person who ordered, etc). Feel free to include a photo if that makes it easier!
- Defective or Damaged Items: If you have a defective or damaged item, contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will take care of you!
As long as your return adheres to the requirements provided, follow these steps to return your product:
- Please fill out the return form below.
- After reviewing your return form, we will email you a return label. Print out the return label and securely attach it to the original packaging used to ship your products.
- Drop the package off at the shipping carrier’s closest location.
If you’ve met all of our return policy requirements, we will process the refund and send you a confirmation email. We are only able to credit the original credit card used to make the purchase. Please allow up to two billing cycles for your refund.
